 The ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is a single-stage single-suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump. It is an excellent hydraulic model selected by the scientific and technical personnel of our unit and domestic water pump experts. It adopts the performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump and is based on the general vertical pump.  Designed with clever combinations.  At the same time, according to the use temperature, medium, etc., we can dispatch hot water, high temperature, corrosive chemical pumps and oil pumps based on the ISG type.  This series of products has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and reliable performance.

Basic structure

 1. The basic structure of the vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is composed of six parts. The basic structure of the vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is composed of six parts: impeller, pump body, pump shaft, bearing, sealing ring, and stuffing box.  1. The impeller is the core part of the centrifugal pump. Its speed is higher than the force, and the blades on the impeller play a major role. The impeller must pass a static balance test before assembly.  The inner and outer surfaces of the impeller must be smooth to reduce friction losses in the water flow.

 2. The pump body is also called the pump casing, which is the main body of the water pump.  It plays a supporting and fixing role and is connected to the bracket where the bearing is installed.

 3. The function of the pump shaft is to connect the motor with the coupling and transmit the torque of the motor to the impeller, so it is the main component for transmitting mechanical energy.

 4. The bearing is a component that is sleeved on the pump shaft to support the pump shaft. There are two types: rolling bearings and sliding bearings.  Rolling bearings use butter as lubricant. The oil should be refueled appropriately, generally 2/3 to 3/4. Too much will cause heat, too little will cause noise and heat!  Sliding bearings use transparent oil as lubricant, add oil to the oil level line.  Too much oil will seep out along the pump shaft and drift, too little bearings will overheat and burn out, causing accidents!  During the operation of the water pump, the temperature of the bearings reaches a maximum of 85 degrees and generally runs around 60 degrees. If it is high, find the cause (whether there are impurities, whether the oil is black, whether water has entered) and deal with it in time!

 5. The sealing ring is also called the leakage reduction ring.  If the gap between the impeller inlet and the pump casing is too large, the water in the high-pressure area in the pump will flow to the low-pressure area through this gap, affecting the water output of the pump and reducing the efficiency!  If the gap is too small, it will cause friction between the impeller and the pump casing and cause wear.  In order to increase the backflow resistance, reduce internal leakage, and extend the service life of the impeller and pump casing, a sealing ring is installed at the joint between the inner edge of the pump casing and the outer edge of the impeller. The sealing gap is preferably maintained between 0.25 and 1.10mm.

 6. The stuffing box is mainly composed of stuffing, water seal ring, stuffing barrel, stuffing gland and water seal tube.  The main function of the stuffing box is to close the gap between the pump casing and the pump shaft, prevent the water in the pump from flowing outside and prevent outside air from entering the pump.  Always maintain a vacuum inside the water pump!  When the friction between the pump shaft and the packing generates heat, the water seal tube must be used to trap the water into the water seal ring to cool the packing!  Keep the water pump running properly.  Therefore, special attention should be paid to the inspection of the stuffing box during the inspection of the water pump operation!  The packing must be replaced after about 600 hours of operation.

 1. The pump has a vertical structure. The inlet and outlet diameters are the same and located on the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor. It has short axial size and compact structure.  3. The shaft seal adopts a mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals. It adopts imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature-resistant mechanical seals and carbide material, wear-resistant seals, which can effectively extend the service life of the mechanical seal.

 4. It is easy to install and maintain. There is no need to dismantle the pipeline system. All the rotor parts can be extracted by removing the pump joint seat nut.

 5. The pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the usage requirements, that is, the flow rate and head.

 6. The pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of the pipeline layout.



The main purpose

 1. ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, and long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other hot and cold water cycle pressurization and equipment supporting, operating temperature T <80 .  2. IRG (GRG) vertical hot water (high temperature) circulation pump is widely used in: energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, as well as high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation in boilers such as hotels and restaurants, and urban heating system circulation pumps , the operating temperature of IRG type is T<120, and the operating temperature of Perg GRG type is T<240.

 3. IHG type vertical pipeline chemical pump is used to transport liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. They are suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, synthetic fibers and other departments. Operating temperature  It is 20~+120.  4. YG type vertical pipeline oil pump is used to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other petroleum products. The temperature of the transported medium is -20~+120.

Working requirements of ISG (ISG-R) vertical pipeline centrifugal pump

 1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6MPa, pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa, please indicate the system operation when ordering  pressure.  When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be mentioned separately when ordering, so that the flow-passing part and the connecting part of the pump can be made of cast steel during manufacture.

 2. Ambient temperature <40, relative humidity <95%.

 3. The volume content of solid particles in the transported medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm.

 Note: If the medium used contains fine particles, please indicate it when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
