 ISW pipeline centrifugal pump is also known as centrifugal pump, cast iron centrifugal pump, clean water centrifugal pump, pipeline pump, stainless steel horizontal pipeline pump, clean water pump, metal centrifugal pump, etc.  ISW horizontal pipeline centrifugal pump can be customized as ordinary type, hot water type, anti-corrosion type, explosion-proof type, etc.

 Materials are divided into: cast iron and stainless steel, with short wheelbase, good stability and easy maintenance.

Product Usage

 1. ISW horizontal clean water pump is used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, heating through refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other hot and cold water circulation pressurization and equipment matching, the operating temperature T ≤ 80 .  2. ISWR horizontal hot water pump [1] is widely used in: metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, boiler hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating systems such as hotels and restaurants, ISWR type operating temperature T≤120.

 3. lSWH horizontal chemical pump is used to transport liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. They are suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals and synthetic fibers. The operating temperature is -20~C~+120.

 4. lSWB horizontal pipeline oil pump is used to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other oil products or flammable and explosive liquids. The temperature of the transported medium is -20~C~+120°C.

working conditions

 1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.6MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, pump suction pressure + pump lift ≤ 1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please indicate the system operation When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be mentioned separately when ordering, so that the flow-passing part and the connecting part of the pump can be made of cast steel during manufacture.  2. Key points for selection of ISW horizontal pipeline centrifugal pump

 ISW type horizontal pipeline centrifugal pump should be reasonably selected, and comprehensive technical and economic indicators such as pump unit, pump station investment and operating costs need to be comprehensively considered to make it consistent with the principles of economy, safety and applicability.  Specifically including the following aspects:

 1) High-efficiency, low-noise, energy-saving water pumps should be selected, and obsolete products are strictly prohibited.

 2) The pump should be selected based on the design flow and required lift. Considering that the pump output decreases due to wear and other reasons, the pump can be selected based on the calculated lift H multiplied by a coefficient of 1.05 to 1.10; the characteristic curve should be selected as the flow increases  For water pumps whose head gradually decreases, such pumps work stably and are reliable when working in parallel; and the operating point of the water pump should be maintained in the high-efficiency range, which saves energy and is less likely to damage the machine parts.

 3) When the water supply pipe network does not have adjustment facilities, it is advisable to use speed-regulating pump units or rated speed pump units to operate in groups to provide water supply.  The maximum water output of the pump unit should not be less than the design flow of water supply to the community, and should be checked under fire protection conditions.

 4) When selecting lift pumps for water tanks and water towers, the number of pumps should be minimized, and one should be used and one should be used as a backup. When a single pump can meet the requirements, it is not appropriate to use multiple parallel pumps; if multiple parallel operations or a combination of large and small pumps must be used,  When running in parallel, the model and number of pumps should not be too many. Generally, there should not be more than two types. The lift range of the water pump should be similar; when running in parallel, each pump should still operate within the high efficiency zone.

 5) The designed water supply flow rate of the variable frequency speed regulating pump (group) should ensure that it meets the maximum design flow rate per second in the domestic water supply system.  The power supply must be reliable (dual power supply or dual-circuit power supply); the working point of the water pump should be selected within the efficient working area of the water pump characteristic curve (Q-H curve), and must not be selected on the extension line of the Q-H curve. The most unfavorable working point of the design should be  At the right end point of the high-efficiency section of the water pump characteristic curve, that is, the point where the water output of the water pump is maximum and the head is low but can meet the requirements. It is also the intersection point of the low point of the high-efficiency area of the water pump characteristic curve and the pipeline characteristic curve.  The working range of water pump speed regulation can be within the high-efficiency section of the water pump as much as possible; the speed regulation range should be set between 25% and 100% of the water supply of the water pump; the equipment should have automatic water level control function.

 6) The water pump unit of the domestic pressurized water supply system should be equipped with a backup pump. The water supply capacity of the backup pump should be greater than the water supply capacity of the largest operating water pump. The water pumps should be automatically switched and run alternately.

 7) The voltage of the motor equipped with the water pump should be the same, and the power supply system should be the same as the national grid power supply system.
